So don't waste your time as I did, looking for a in-game chest stored with your DLC/drops or try to find a menu to unlock them. The Deluxe Edition and Twitch drop Rewards are just skins that can be applied to most any corresponding items.

So when you equip a article of clothing, you need to click on that item and change it's default appearance to a unlocked skin.
